Jesus Saved You a Seat at His Table
Aug 9, 2026 • Laura Grace
Communion is more than a tradition. It is a sacred reminder of what Jesus has done for us and the promise we share because of His sacrifice.
In this message, we are reminded that the table brings us back to the cross. Jesus gave His body for us and shed His blood for us, and when we take communion, we remember His death and proclaim what He has done.
Before we come to the table, 1 Corinthians 11:28 calls us to examine ourselves. We come not because we have it all together, but because we are a community of the forgiven. The blood of Jesus is our only hope, washing away our sin, pride, and boasting with His grace.
And we don't come to the table alone. We come together as one body, united in Christ.
