Pastor Sarah grew up attending Victory  and has been a part of the staff since 2019 serving as the Youth Pastor. She and her husband, Bradford, have one daughter. They met here at Victory and are excited to continue to be a part of this church community. She's enthusiastic, passionate, and gets work done before others even begin to think about it.

Pastor Hartley Wigfield came to what was then First Assembly of God in November 1963 and served as Senior Pastor until his retirement in March 1993.  He has since been very active in everything at Victory Church, especially our Olive Branch Food Pantry. At 96 years old, he continues to exude love, wisdom, and warmth. He is a deeply loved pastor by everyone.

Joe has 25+ years of experience in the facilities and customer service field, both in the government and commercial arena. He's hard-working, knowledgeable, and quick to laugh. He and his wife, Heather, have four sons and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he coaches basketball. Joe loves being a part of the Victory team, and we feel blessed to have him here.

Cheryl has been apart of the Victory staff for fifteen years, serving in many different capacities, including pastoral care, women's and children's ministries, and most recently in the finance department. One of her greatest accomplishments for Victory was spearheading the opening of our Victory Kidz Care in 2021. She continues to offer major support to this ministry. Her warmth, sweet smile, quiet strength, and spiritual depth bless all who know her. Cheryl and her husband, Scott, have two daughters and have recently become grandparents, giving her the beloved title of "Gi Gi". 

Angela became the Rainbow Express Preschool director in 2020, stepping into the role after years of being employed as a teacher for REP. Her attention to detail and love for the lives we touch through our preschool is apparent. She juggles many roles as director, wife to our lead pastor Keith Cross, and mom to two, and she does it all with style and a smile.
